PanSupport holiday closure and hours over Christmas
As we head into the holiday season we want you to know that we realise that the holidays can be a difficult time for many people, especially those impacted by an upper GI cancer. While our PanSupport team will be taking some much-needed time off over the holiday period, please know that support is still available during this time for any crises or emergencies that may arise.
Our PanSupport team will be operating with minimum staff from Friday 18th December, with the full team returning to the office on Monday 11th January 2021. During this time crisis support will be available to existing patients, carers and families. While the email@example.com email address will not be checked between Thursday 24th December and Sunday 3rd January, a number of alternate services are available (details below).
From Monday 4th January – Friday 8th January, if you require crisis support we recommend sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and a PanSupport team member will be in touch.

In case of a health emergency during this time please call “000” or attend the emergency department of your nearest hospital.
QUESTIONS ABOUT MEDICATIONS OR TREATMENT
If you have questions about your medications or treatments, please consult your doctor and cancer care team. If you cannot get a hold of your doctor or care team, consider calling “000” or attend the emergency department of your nearest hospital.

If you have not previously spoken to our PanSupport team, but would like to arrange a call, please book an appointment using our online booking system at a time that suits you, new year bookings will be available from 11th January, 2021. FUNERAL DONATION PACKS
Losing a loved one is incredibly hard, particularly at this time of year. Please accept our sincere condolences for your loss. If you choose to request donations in lieu of flowers at a funeral or wake, we can provide dedicated collection envelopes. Please email email@example.com with your preferred postal address and required quantities and we will arrange to have these sent to you. Donations help Pancare continue to support other families living with an upper gastrointestinal cancer, and fund world-leading research to help increase survival rates and improve treatment options.
