This is an opportunity for healthcare professionals to learn more about the support services we provide for people diagnosed with upper gastrointestinal cancer, as well as the family members and friends who care for them.

We will provide information on:

• Our upper GI nurse-led helpline service
• Counselling service
• Our My Care KIT and other resources
• Cancer support groups
• Financial assistance program
• Our Model of Care
