How can you go purple for November?

A global initiative to raise the profile of pancreatic cancer, World Pancreatic Cancer Day 2017, will be held on November 16th this year. We are very excited to announce that in collaboration with the Australian Pancreatic Cancer Alliance, the Sydney Opera House will turn purple on the evening of the 15th of November.

Purple is the awareness colour for pancreatic cancer and we are very excited to announce the following locations will also be lit purple this year for World Pancreatic Cancer Day:

Telstra Tower – ACT, Newcastle Town Hall Clock, State Library, Luminous Darling Harbour – NSW, Darwin Convention Centre – NT, Treasury Casino, Story Bridge, Victoria Bridge, The Big Banana – QLD,  Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Convention Centre – SA,  Wrest Point Hotel Casino, Franklin Square, Kennedy Lane, Elizabeth St Mall, Railway Fountain, Launceston Town Hall – TAS, GPO Building, Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, Royal Exhibition Building, AAMI Stadium, Wodonga Water Tower – VIC and the Bell Tower – WA.
