Sharee is a Psychologist, Coach and has her own close experience of caring for someone with biliary cancer. She will share the latest insights from neuropsychology research into emotions, mindfulness, compassion, depression and well-being. She has previously facilitated two Pancare support groups.

Sharee is a registered Psychologist and Executive Coach. She has worked in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors over the last 24 years building a unique combination of expertise in organisational, health and counselling psychology. She has worked across a wide range of industry including the energy, oil and gas sector, the finance sector, the recreation and leisure industry, schools and all levels of government.
Sharee offers a range of psychological services to Organisations, in particular Executive Coaching, Facilitation of Leadership, Corporate Based Mindfulness Training, Communication and Emotional Regulation Training. She is an experienced facilitator and coach and brings a significant depth of knowledge about well-being and mental health to her work. Sharee offers a range of other facilitation and coaching services to people and organisations traversing change or transition, personally or as a result of organisational development.
Sharee also offers psychological counselling and coaching services to individuals and groups through her private practice. Her counselling experience includes individual, couple and family therapy across the areas of anxiety, depression, stress, grief, addiction, chronic illness and other health challenges.
Sharee considers mindfulness the most effective way to bring sustained change and focus to life. Integrating mindfulness into her coaching and counselling practice, enables clients to benefit from a growth mindset to help improve their performance and well-being.
Sharee’s husband died in 2011 of biliary cancer after a long journey. She is an enthusiastic supporter of Pancare and The Gawler Foundation, and the mother of 3 lovely children.
