Initial diagnosis

During a call from his specialist, John was told he had stage 3 oesophageal cancer.


Side effects of chemotherapy

Six weeks of chemotherapy and radiation were just the beginning of treatment for John. He then underwent surgery and spent several weeks recovering in hospital. Listen as John shares what it was like to recover from an oesophagectomy.
