Grief can feel different for everyone, but connecting with others who share similar experiences can provide comfort and support.
If you have lost a loved one to biliary, liver, oesophageal, pancreatic, or stomach cancer we warmly invite you to join our online bereavement support group.
This group provides a safe, compassionate, and confidential space to connect with others who have experienced grief. Together, participants can share experiences, offer and receive support, and explore ways to navigate life after loss.
The group will be facilitated by our Pancare Counsellors Joanna and Christina, who will guide conversations around:
• Experiences of loss and grief
• Strategies for coping with grief
• Changes in roles, responsibilities, relationships, and sense of identity
• Adjusting to practical changes in daily life
• Looking ahead and finding a path forward
Held online each month from 11am – 12:30pm (AEST)
